Cancellation and refund policy

Effective since 11/04/2025

These terms and conditions govern CIBO order cancellation and refund policy. Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the terms of service which govern your use of our website cibokart.in (the “website”) and our CIBO application for mobile and handheld devices (the “app”). The website and the app are jointly referred to as the “platform”. By placing an order with CIBO, the customer (“you”/ “user”) agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this order cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation of orders:

Users placing their order for the evening slot may choose to cancel their order before 3:30 PM of the delivery date. Similarly for users placing their order for the morning slot may cancel their order before 7: 30 AM of the delivery date. The refund policy will be as accordingly mentioned:

Refund of orders:

1)   If the payment is made through credit card (Visa/ MasterCard/ Rupay), debit card (Visa/ MasterCard/ Rupay), UPI, net banking or through the wallets a deduction of 2.36 % of the total amount will be charged.

2)   Users will not be able to cancel their order beyond the specified timeline. Users who opted for COD and trying to cancel their order beyond the specified timeline, their COD payment mode shall be held suspended henceforth.

Amendments:

CIBO reserves the to change/ amend/ add/ delete/ modify this policy in whole or in part, at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever. The user acknowledges that they will not be personally advised of any such change/ amendment/ addition/ deletion/ modification. The user is advised to check for any such change/ amendment/ addition/ deletion/ modification regularly. The user hereby unconditionally agrees to all such change/ amendment/ addition/ deletion/ modification.
