Delivery Policy


DELIVERY POLICY

Effective since 05 August 2025

 At CIBO, our aim is to provide quick, safe and affordable shipping of our products. Please read through our delivery policy to understand how we handle delivery of your orders.

Delivery Locations:

We offer delivery in Patna and Jamshedpur, covering approximately 16 pin codes and 17 pin codes respectively and we strive to reach you where you are located.

Processing Time:

Once you place an order with us, it will be processed and delivered on daily basis as per scheduled slot displayed on the app. You will receive a confirmation via message with the tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Costs:

We offer free delivery for both COD & pre-paid orders for the first 5 km from our facility center. In between 5.01 km to 10 km we will charge a delivery fee of ₹ 10 and above 10 km it will be ₹ 20. CIBO reserves the right to change the delivery costs without prior notification.

Order Tracking:

We provide order tracking for your convenience. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the confirmation via SMS. You can track the status of your order online.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or non contact ability over the phone.  

Undelivered Parcel:

If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address or recipient unavailability, the cost of the parcel is to be attained by the person who placed the order.
